Bio

Photography has always been a significant part of my life. As a child, I remember positioning my cats for a photo being one of my favorite pastimes.  I also remember running around my parents' house using up all of the film in my Dad's camera to take candid shots of the family. I always travelled to Europe almost every summer and I would spend entire summers away from home. I used to despise traveling because it meant that I would be away from my friends. However, as time when by, I grew to enjoy traveling. My love for traveling began when I started creating photos. I found the different cultures and architecture fascinating. I loved imagining how these old buildings must have been like thousands of years ago. I wanted to capture the life that came from these buildings. I began photographing all of the different textures of the stone buildings. I was also interested in photographing the locals that lived throughout Europe and every time I saw an amazing landscape, I had to capture it.

Later,  I pursued photography as my passion and career. Two years after making this decision, I earned my associates degree in photography.

I transferred to San Jose State and  obtained BA in Art Studio Practice. There, my knowledge of art and photography grew.  I  learned more about commercial and freelance photography. At San Jose State, I  enjoyed working on projects involving food, glassware and fashion photography.

Now, I am keeping myself busy with on location photography shoots and portraits. In my Menlo Park studio, I take coporate head shots, glamour shots  and baby photos.  I am also still collecting photographs from the places I have visited in the world. I love capturing memories of the places I have visited and sharing them with the world.
